03 / PROCESS

Your certificate in three steps

  1. Apply

    Fill in the form, upload your documents and payment receipt, and choose your exam time. Your time is confirmed once the center approves your documents and payment.

    Have these ready before you start

    • Passport-style photo
    • Front side of your ID document
    • Your pilot licence
    • Bank transfer receipt: the amount and IBAN appear at the payment step, based on your category

    Files can be JPG, PNG, GIF or PDF, up to 10 MB.

  2. Take the exam

    At our center — a three-part assessment of about 30 minutes.

  3. Get your certificate

    Results and certificate delivery details are emailed within 15 business days at the latest.

About Us

TALPA Test Center (TTC) is an SHGM-approved exam center operating under the Turkish Air Line Pilots' Association, within the scope of ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements (SHT-1DY). Our exams can result in certificates recognized by both SHGM and EASA.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change my appointment?
Appointment changes are handled by the center. If there are more than 72 hours until your exam, call the center (+90 212 662 12 01) or write to testcenter@talpa.org; changes are not made in the last 72 hours.
How do refunds work?
Cancellations are handled by the center; no refund is issued for cancellations made within 3 weeks of the exam date.
When are results announced?
Results are emailed within 15 business days at the latest; certificate delivery details are shared in the same notice.
Can I appeal my result?
Yes — you can appeal with the appeal form within 45 days of your exam being completed. If your score increases on appeal, the appeal fee is refunded.
