Privacy Notice (KVKK)

As TALPA Test Center, we process your personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") for the purpose of conducting application and exam processes.

Data processed includes: full name, Turkish ID/temporary ID/passport number, date of birth, contact details, document images (ID, licence, student certificate, receipt), and exam recordings.

Identity document images (ID front, passport) are automatically deleted from the system 12 months after the exam date.

Your data is viewed by authorised center staff to run your application and exam. To the extent the service requires, it is shared with the test provider TEC (The English Centre), which assesses your exam recordings, and with the providers of our hosting and email services, whose cloud servers are located abroad. It may be disclosed to competent public authorities where the law requires.

You can exercise your rights under KVKK (requesting information, correction, deletion, etc.) by writing to testcenter@talpa.org.
