Personal interview

A one-on-one interview in English about the candidate's professional life.

Vocabulary, structure and pronunciation

Assessment following a 20-second review of an aviation-themed photograph.

02 / SCHEDULING

Exam days and recognition

EASA exams are scheduled on Friday only, between 10:00 and 15:50.

Belgium, Denmark, Bulgaria, Czechia, France, Germany (excluding PPL), Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovakia.

03 / ASSESSMENT

Assessment

The final level is the lowest of the six criteria.

04 / RULES

Exam rules

  • Appointment changes are handled by the center: if there are more than 72 hours until your exam, call the center (+90 212 662 12 01); changes are not made in the last 72 hours.
  • On exam day, bring a valid photo ID (national ID card or passport) and your pilot licence; both are scanned.
  • Candidates must be present at the center at least 20 minutes before the exam.
  • Cancellations are handled by the center; no refund is issued for cancellations made within 3 weeks of the exam date.

Application and results

Have these ready before you start

  • Passport-style photo
  • Front side of your ID document
  • Your pilot licence
  • Bank transfer receipt: the amount and IBAN appear at the payment step, based on your category

Files can be JPG, PNG, GIF or PDF, up to 10 MB.

Results and certificate

Results are sent by email within 15 business days at the latest; certificate delivery details are shared in the same notification.

You can appeal your result within 45 days of your exam being completed; if your score increases on appeal, the appeal fee is refunded.
